Payments

I do accept Lyra insurance. You may pay via cash, check or major credit card. Please note that a processing fee is included with your credit card payment. Payment is due when you book your appointment. 

Sliding Scale

At times, there may be slots available for qualified individuals to receive a reduced rate or pro bono for a set number of sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact me within at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be charged for the full amount of your missed session.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy

The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission. However, we are legally and ethically mandated to break confidentiality in these circumstances

• Elderly or Dependent Adult Abuse

• If you are a danger to yourself*

• If you are a danger to others
